Eat Your Fruit & Veggies!

When my son first started eating food I couldn’t believe his palette – this kid ate everything…besides eggs lol we hate eggs for some reason.

Avocados, berries, banana, sweet potato, tomatoes, cucumber, mango, orange, carrots, apples, pears, peppers…all of the above.⁣

Fast forward to about 2 months ago and we slowly started to refuse all of our previously beloved foods and we were left with pasta, mac & cheese, pizza rolls, grilled cheese…you get the picture.⁣

The only way I could get him to eat fruits and veggies was in a smoothie, which was usually made after a refused meal, wasting food and taking even longer for meal times.⁣

Super frustrated, sad for my boy and longing for him to love fruits and veggies again, I decided to try something I knew had the potential to benefit our entire family.⁣

I feel confident knowing that he is getting his recommended daily dose of fruits and veggies in his new gummies! And I am really hopeful that this will lead to him welcoming his prepared meals and less refusals of the good stuff.⁣
